1. Eligibility for Returns
   Return Period: You can return any item within 30 days of receiving your order.
   Condition: Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.
   Exceptions: Custom or special order items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
2. How to Initiate a Return
   To start the return process:

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to us.
Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during shipping.

3. Return Shipping Costs
   Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
   We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking.
4. Refund Process
   Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
   If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method via SumUp within 10 business days.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
   If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@powerstool.eu. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including the return shipping cost, if applicable.
6. Exchanges
   We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
