Expedited Shipping: While we do not currently offer expedited shipping, we aim to process all orders efficiently to ensure timely delivery within the standard shipping timeframe.
Shipping Costs Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders across the Europe. There are no additional fees or hidden charges for standard delivery. International Shipping: At this time, we only ship Across Europe. International shipping is not available.
Delivery Timeframe
Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery times are estimated to be 7 to 14 business days from the date of shipment. Please note that these times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as your location and the shipping carrier.
Delivery Confirmation and Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor the delivery status of your order. Tracking information may take 24 hours to update after shipment.

Shipping Restrictions PO Box and BFPO Addresses: We are unable to ship to PO Box addresses or British Forces Post Office (BFPO) addresses at this time. Please provide a valid residential or business address for delivery.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes UK Deliveries: All orders shipped Across Europe are free from additional customs duties or import taxes. International Shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping, and therefore customs duties and taxes are not applicable.
Order Modifications Order Changes: Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to the items purchased. If you need to modify the quantity or type of product, you will need to cancel the order (if it hasn’t been processed) and place a new one.
Order Cancellations: If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, you may cancel it by contacting our customer service team at info@powerstool.eu. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, but you may return it according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Failed Deliveries and Re-Shipments Unclaimed Deliveries: If the package is returned to us due to failure to claim the delivery or due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to resend the package.

Any additional shipping costs for redelivery will be the responsibility of the customer unless the error was due to a mistake on our part.

Additional Costs: There are no additional shipping charges for orders that are split into multiple shipments. The total shipping fee will remain the same as quoted at checkout.
