HR4013C Makita SDS-MAX Hammer Drill 240v, this powerful heavy duty power tool is built round a high quality industrial 1000w motor and is an upgrade on the original HR4001C SDS-MAX Hammer Drill giving the trade a higher operating efficiency and increased comfort with unrivalled low level of vibration using the latest AVT (Advanced Vibration Technology). HR4013C SDS-MAX Hammer Drill has a one touch sliding chuck for easy bit installation and removal plus easy to operate operation-mode change lever located on the top of the motor housing reduced possibility of breakage. Other features of this 240v SDS-MAX Hammer Drill includes a “Soft Load Function” automatically reduces the motor speed during idling to suppress the vibration of the machine body plus the LED service light indicates when to replace carbon brush. In hammering mode the on/off switch is switchable between two switches to meet your application offering continuous or intermittent chiselling applications

Makita Power Tools, Batteries and Chargers purchased from Power Tools UK are warranted to be free of defects from workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months from the original date of invoice. Makita customers can extend this initial Power Tools UK warranty period out to 36 months by registering machines, batteries or chargers directly with Makita at makitauk.com/3-year-warranty within 30 days of purchase. Should any Makita machine fail during the extended free of charge warranty period, the returns process could not be simpler with faulty tools returned directly to Makita for inspection, repair or replacement as appropriate

The easiest and quickest way to arrange Makita Warranty is to contact their dedicated warranty team on 0800 345 7942 they will assist and help to arrange the return from you at the earliest opportunity. Please note that you will be asked for certain information including date of purchase and original invoice number before the warranty claim can be processed

Makita at an agreed time and date will uplift the machine from any business or residential address, (it does not need to be the original invoice address shown on your paperwork) Makita WILL NOT COLLECT from building sites

Please carefully package the machine ready for transit clearly marking the RMA reference on the package in advance of the agreed time and date of uplift

Makita’s commitment to their product range means that they will always endeavour to keep a complete stock of all spares for current and older products within their range. Under normal conditions Makita UK will inspect, report, repair, replace and return within 7 working days

Repairs have been made or attempted by others

Repairs are required because of normal wear or tear

The tool has been abused, misused or improperly maintained
