JR3061T Makita Reciprocating Saw 110v, this is a lightweight and high powered reciprocating saw built round a tough 1250w motor. The JR3061T Makita Reciprocating Saw uses a variable speed trigger, tool-less blade change and shoe adjustment plus vertical crank that minimises blade deflection from the aiming point especially when cutting metal. The 32mm stroke length allows the trade to 255mm depth of cut through wood and 130mm through pipes with a bright LED work light and ergonomic soft grip handle increasing the level of safe use

Makita Power Tools, Batteries and Chargers purchased from Power Tools UK are warranted to be free of defects from workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months from the original date of invoice. Makita customers can extend this initial Power Tools UK warranty period out to 36 months by registering machines, batteries or chargers directly with Makita at makitauk.com/3-year-warranty within 30 days of purchase. Should any Makita machine fail during the extended free of charge warranty period, the returns process could not be simpler with faulty tools returned directly to Makita for inspection, repair or replacement as appropriate
The easiest and quickest way to arrange Makita Warranty is to contact their dedicated warranty team on 0800 345 7942 they will assist and help to arrange the return from you at the earliest opportunity. Please note that you will be asked for certain information including date of purchase and original invoice number before the warranty claim can be processed
Makita at an agreed time and date will uplift the machine from any business or residential address, (it does not need to be the original invoice address shown on your paperwork) Makita WILL NOT COLLECT from building sites
Please carefully package the machine ready for transit clearly marking the RMA reference on the package in advance of the agreed time and date of uplift
Makita’s commitment to their product range means that they will always endeavour to keep a complete stock of all spares for current and older products within their range. Under normal conditions Makita UK will inspect, report, repair, replace and return within 7 working days
Please note that warranty does not apply where:-
Repairs have been made or attempted by others
Repairs are required because of normal wear or tear
The tool has been abused, misused or improperly maintained
